Are reservations required?


Reservations are not strictly required.  However, to confirm your seat, you must make a reservation and confirm payment.  Customers desiring to ride without a reservation or those paying cash to the driver will be accepted on a "space available" basis only.  You MUST be 18 years of age or older in order to make an online reservation.  To make a reservation online CLICK HERE.

What if I need to make a change to my confirmed reservation?

Changes requested by you to your confirmed reservation are subject to a $10.00 fee.  Shuttles frequently are sold out and we encourage you to plan carefully in order to avoid being converted to a "stand-by" reservation or other delay to your itenerary.

What if I need to cancel my confirmed reservation?

You may cancel your confirmed reservation and receive a credit voucher.  You will receive a credit voucher that will be valid for one year from the date of your original reservation.  You may use this credit voucher for any service provided by Skylark.

Is my credit voucher transferable?

YES, the credit coucher belongs to you.  If you wish to transfer it to another person, simply notify our office.

If my flight is delayed, will you wait for me?

NO.  Skylark cannot be responsible for delays caused by third parties.  Airline delays are an inevitable part of traveling these days and you should plan accordingly.  Make sure to give yourself plenty of time when planning your itenerary.  Normally, if your flight is delayed, we will hold an available seat for you on our next shuttle.  Our staff constantly monitors your flight's status and will do all we can to get you on our next available shuttle if your flight is delayed.  We encourage you to fly in the morning hours, where possible, as many of your ground connections may not be available during the late evening or nightime.  If your flight into DFW International Airport is canceled and you are placed on stand-by for another flight, please call our dispatch center to update us on your situation.

Do you transport pets?

NO.  However we do transport legitimate service animals such as seeing-eye dogs.

What is the minimum age for children traveling alone?

14 years of age unless previous arrangements have been made with Skylark Management.  Reservation MUST be made and confirmed by a parent or legal guardian.

Do you provide car seats for small children and infants?

NO.  We do have car seats available for emergency situations.  However, due to differences in sizes and configurations for different age and size children, we require you to provide your own car seat for your children.

Do you offer discounts?

YES.  Skylark offers military and senior citizen discounts and has several frequent rider programs available.  We also honor all competitor coupons and discounts.  Please call our dispatch center for more information.
